Miss Circus City
Miss Circus City and her court preside at all circus performances and participates in the Circus Parade. Additionally, she participates in various community functions and competes the first Saturday in November at the Indiana State Festivals Convention.
Six Miss Circus City Queens have gone on to win at the state level and become Indiana State Festivals Association Queen!
The Miss Circus City Scholarship Program is a long-standing tradition that even pre-dates our show! This fantastic scholarship program provides young ladies of Miami County between the ages of 7-22 the opportunity for scholarships and other prizes.

Circus City Scholarship Program
The Circus City Festival Scholarship Program provides young ladies of Miami County between the ages of 7-22 the opportunity for scholarships and other prizes.
Our program consists of a Princess (Ages 7-11), Junior Queen (Ages 12-16) and Queen (Ages 17-22) program. We award over $2,500 in scholarships each year! The winners and their courts are involved with the festival throughout the week attending and helping at all performances. The Queen will then go on to represent CCFI in the Indiana State Festival Program in January of the following year.
